Marilyn Batchelor

My name is Marilyn A. Batchelor and I am running for a third term on the Windsor
Village Association Board. In my first two terms, I had the pleasure of working with my
fellow board members on community efforts such as cleaning our neighborhood park
Harold Henry, supporting our movies in the park, our annual pot luck and safety
preparedness.
In the next term, I look forward to working to establish more safety measures for our
neighbors as we enjoy our area in walking our pets, exercise and the comforts of our
beautiful area. To maintain our neighborhood camaraderie, I also recently joined the
Wilshire Ebell Society.
About me: a native of Detroit, I am a former music industry executive of 20+ years,
journalist and now full-time chaplain at Providence Saint John’s Hospital. I am a
graduate of Syracuse and Harvard Business School, as well as Fuller Theological
Seminary and doctoral candidate at Claremont Graduate University. I can be seen in
the neighborhood walking my dogs, Chloe & Sasha.
