Barbara Pflaumer

I have lived in Windsor Village for 30 years.  It has been a joy to be part of this neighborhood and be part of its growth.  I have participated over the years in a number of activities and had the opportunity to get to know many of the people who have lived here for decades.  While serving on the Windsor Village board over the past 8 years I have been able to collaborate with other board members and neighbors to advocate for our neighborhood; organize block parties, park clean ups, potlucks, and movies in the park; contribute to the LA Food Bank, make dinners for sick neighbors, and more.  I feel truly connected to our neighborhood and am a proud member of our community
